 At Horazuk Trucking, we truly value our drivers and believe in rewarding experience. We offer a competitive compensation plan where drivers are paid a percentage of the truck’s gross revenue. This percentage varies based on your experience level.  This will be negotiated with you at the time of employment. 

Example:
  • Driver A with a 30% compensation rate on gross revenue
  • Truck Gross Revenue: $6,000/week
  • Driver’s Earnings for the Week: $1,800
